- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 4 ripe bananas, mashed with fork
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 1/4 almond milk (or other milk)
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 a bag of chocolate chips
1/2 cup Nutella
Preheat oven to 350 and line a muffin pan with cupcake liners. Stir dry ingredients, set aside. In seperate bowl, stir the wet ingredients, making sure to mash all the banana chunks with a fork.
Pour the wet mixture into the dry and combine evenly. Fill the muffin liners about halfway with batter. Heat 1/2 a cup of Nutella in the microwave for about 15-20 seconds or until liquidy. Place a loving dallop on the surface of each muffin and swirl with a toothpick. It doesn’t have to be perfect.
Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when poked into the muffins
Try not to eat them all in one sitting!
