8″ whole wheat pizza crust
3 tbsp. Boboli pizza sauce
1/2 ripened vine tomato, sliced thin
1/2 yellow pepper, sliced
Handful of fresh basil leaves, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 420 degrees. Brush crust with quarter sized amount of olive oil and then with sauce. Sprinkle cheese over the sauce, and then place tomatoes, peppers, salt, pepper, chopped basil, and/or any other readied veggies you may have. Sprinkle top with salt, pepper, and cook in oven until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown.
Very simple to make, and very easy to devour the entire thing.
