Fresh Salad & Homemade Balsamic Vinaigrette

 What you will need:

2 cups spinach

1/2 a red onion, cut lengthwise and thick

5 cherry tomatoes, cut in half

Feta cheese chunks

Dressing:

1/4 cup balsamic vinegar

1 tbsp.  garlic, minced

1/2 tsp. ground black pepper

1/2 tsp. salt

1/2 or so cup olive oil

Mix all ingredients except the olive oil in a mason jar. Stir with a fork or whisk until salt and pepper dissolve. Add olive oil in separate amounts and stir after each amount. Taste in between each amount to fit your liking. Place the lid on the jar and shake to combine.
