2 tablespoons coconut oil
1/2 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp thyme
Wash brussels sprouts and cut the ends off, then cut in half the long way.
Heat frying pan and melt coconut oil.
Add Brussels sprouts first, then cinnamon, thyme, and honey.
I added the cinnamon and thyme first and it burnt in the pan a little before I added the sprouts.
Sauté until sprouts are soft, and outside layer is crispy and a dark brown.
