Let me just say that I just made one of the most amazing toast combinations for dinner ever! In my little kitchen with the laundry on the drying rack and the little case of sunflowers lit up by the lamp, cutting up tomatoes from the market and sprinkling on some salt. Mom gave me the idea to make an egg with tomato and Parmesan cheese, so I fried an egg and sprinkled it on, Plopped it on a piece of toast with salami, covered it in tomatoes and bam fireworks of flavor in my mouth. Salty and juicy and cheesy. In love, and all cheap ingredients that I can get from the market. I will be eating this for the next four months most likely!
